We bring back television writer and UCB sketch maestro Eva Anderson
to talk about her recent but potentially problematic (our words)
obsession with IMMERSIVE THEATRE. This is the type of theatre where
the audience is involved. Eva talks about a show she went to
which tried to simulate the experience of being born for one
audience member at a time, and how that led to her hiring a theater
group to make a play that takes place in her actual life. We also
talk about stuff like Sleep No More (the immersive theater version
of Hamlet/Rebecca that runs in NYC) but yeah we talk more about how
she hired a theater group to make a play in her life. Also, Will
talks about an air quality app and Anthony talks about the
hilarious Trump/Ryan "plays" in the twitter account of Owen
Ellickson.
